What is Recruitment Lite ( RPO)?

Our Recruitment Lite service or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) is a type of business process outsourcing where an external organisation (RPO provider such as Phoenix ) supports an employer’s talent acquisition operations by taking responsibility for portions or all facets of talent acquisition for some or all of an employer’s hiring needs.

At Phoenix Source & Select, our Recruitment Lite program can support part or all of your company’s permanent or temporary workforce hiring through a comprehensive set of external recruitment resources. Offering process excellence, a scalable model, cost savings, training and resources, candidate screening, and long-term results, recruitment process outsourcing helps you find and identify the right talent quickly.

How does it work?

We integrate ourselves and audit your processes with a deep-dive to be able to fully enroll our services within your recruitment function as your business needs require. How does pricing work?

We have three basic models:

  • Annual management fee, charged monthly, which is tied to the number and cost of recruiters allocated to your business

  • Fee per placement (fixed fee or % of salary) payable on successful placement of the candidate

  • Combined management fee, plus reduced placement fee
